Our Facilities |
All the equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please confirm your equipment as soon as you determine your needs. Additionally, we recommend that you test your presentation several days or weeks prior to the function to ensure a smooth presentation. Please call to arrange a time to run through the presentation and use the equipment. The Conference Center makes no warranties or guarantees of equipment and presentations that are not tested in advance or are changed after the test. However, if you test the equipment ahead of time but it does not have the same performance quality for the meeting, we will not charge for that equipment. Also, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. The following pricing does not include staff to operate the equipment, but it does include training and setup. All pricing is subject to Maryland sales tax and 20% service charge, payable directly to the staff that set up, cleaned and serviced the equipment. We make every effort to provide a quality product, but we cannot be responsible for outages based on our service provider. Upon surveying other vendors, we have consistently found our prices to be more than competitive. We look forward to assisting you with a stellar presentation! |
The success of an event is often contingent upon the quality of the presentation. The J.T. Daugherty Conference Center has a considerable inventory of state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to make your presentation shine.
