The Board Room: The J.T. Daugherty Conference Center has two different styles of boardrooms available. The Private Dining Room has numerous features including a wooden conference table, coat closet, chair rails, separate stereo system, dry sink and refrigerator stocked with assorted soft drinks, bottled water and juices. It's the perfect room for a meeting or private meal for two to 18 guests. The Boardroom has ALL the features of the Private Dining Room, plus a few more. Fully appointed with hardwood walls and board table, leather executive swivel board chairs and state-of-the-art audio-visual available, this room will certainly impress your invited guests. This room is ideal for meetings, luncheons or formal dinners from four to 20 guests. |
The Ballroom: The versatile ballroom is able to expand from three sections
into one large space within moments. Each section can accommodate from 20 to
120 guests, depending on your needs. The entire ballroom can accommodate up to
400 guests. Equipped with high-speed Internet capabilities, built-in sound system,
110V/208V power and an abundance of audio-visual equipment, we have all the ingredients
for a successful meeting for you and your guests!
