JTD Planning - Video Conferencing

The J.T. Daugherty Conference Center has video-conferencing equipment available to allow colleagues in other parts of the country or world to participate, even though their schedules don't permit attending. Inquire about our capabilities for connecting to one site or several sites. There is the option of contracting with a third party to create a "bridge" to connect three or more sites into one videoconference. If you wish to upgrade the call with higher quality video and/or audio, we have recommended vendors that can assist you with the services.

Please keep in mind that we rely on the network services of outside vendors to connect to other sites. If we are unable to connect, we will not charge you for the room or the call.

The pricing below is subject to Maryland sales tax and 20% service charge, payable directly to the staff that setup, cleaned and serviced the equipment.

Minimum Time Limits
One hour minimum, then half hour increments.

IP Calls
Outgoing or Incoming $50.00 per hour

ISDN Calls
Incoming $90.00 per hour
Outgoing $150.00 per hour inside the U.S. (Outside the U.S. rates vary)

The above rates include five minute test call.

Telecommunications Charges:
You only pay telecommunications when you place a call outside of the U.S.
